After 10 years in qualitative research, advertising and design agencies, Lucy sought to find a way to combine her communications skills and experience with her lifelong passion for dance. In her role as Director of Audience Engagement at Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, Lucy oversees audience development strategy and brand-building. Lucy has a particular passion for finding the universal truth in the work to reach and engage more people in more places.
