BOOKING FEES

Festival City Theatres Trust operates a booking fee on all telephone, postal and online bookings but excludes those made in person. There is a fee of 75p per ticket (capped at £3.00 per transaction for phone and postal bookings). Group sales are not subject to a booking fee. Unless booked within 1 week of a performance all tickets not booked in person will automatically be sent to the credit/debit cardholder's address for a 80p handling fee.
