Liam Mower is set to return to Billy Elliot The Musical, the show that saw him win an Olivier Award in 2006 for playing the title role alongside James Lomas and George Maguire.

The dancer and actor will join the production as 'Older Billy' for one performance only on the 28th September this year and the matinee show will be screened live in cinemas across the world, a first for the successful  and much loved stage production.

Liam won the part of Billy Elliot in 2004, beating 3000 other boys to play the iconic role, aged 12 years old. He performed in the show from March 2005 for nearly a year and a half. Liam started dancing aged 9 and was a pupil of White Lodge, The Royal Ballet boarding school and later trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.

For New Adventures he has performed in Matthew Bourne's Nutcracker!, played Count Lilac in Sleeping Beauty and the Prince in Swan Lake. Later this year he will play the principle role of Edward alongside Dominic North in Edward Scissorhands.
